I’m honored to walk alongside individuals and couples through life’s challenges, offering hope, support, and practical tools for lasting change and healing. As a faith-based counselor serving the Minot region and through telehealth, I approach each person with compassion, understanding, and respect. I especially enjoy helping couples strengthen their connection, partnership, and sense of fulfillment. My hope is to remind you that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Jennifer Masters

LAPC

I work with adults, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and life transitions. As a military spouse, I have a deep understanding of the unique stressors faced by military families, including deployments, relocations, and family separation. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I partner with clients in a compassionate, judgment-free environment to help them build practical skills, overcome challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.

LMSW

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and life transitions, supporting those feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My trauma-informed, person-centered approach draws on CBT and TF-CBT to build insight, strengthen coping, and support meaningful change. With a background in social work and research in trauma and eating disorders, I bring both clinical skill and compassion to my work.
